A generative AI platform that lets marketing teams produce on-brand image assets, product mockups, and social media visuals using natural language prompts — with brand guardrails to ensure style consistency.

The Challenge
The marketing team was spending days per campaign briefing and waiting on design resources for social assets, product mockups, and ad variants. They needed a self-serve tool that maintained brand consistency without requiring design skill.
Our Solution
Built a React + FastAPI platform integrating OpenAI DALL·E 3 for general image generation and a fine-tuned Stable Diffusion LoRA model (trained on the client's brand assets) for brand-consistent outputs. Brand guardrails are enforced via prompt templates and a negative prompt library — preventing off-brand colours, styles, and compositions. Generated assets are stored in AWS S3, served via CloudFront, and organised in a team asset library. Stripe handles usage-based billing for multi-seat team plans.
Results
- Marketing team time-to-asset reduced from days to under 5 minutes
- Fine-tuned LoRA model maintained brand visual consistency across 200+ generated assets
- Asset library gave the team a searchable, shareable repository for all generated content
- Usage-based Stripe billing model enabled the platform to be productised for other clients
