The Challenge
Managing client transactions across multiple disconnected spreadsheets caused data silos, update delays, and no real-time visibility for stakeholders — a common pain point for SMBs without dedicated BI tooling.
Our Solution
Built a responsive Canvas App connected to a SharePoint / Dataverse backend. Power Automate triggers automated dataset refreshes when new records are submitted, so Power BI dashboards update in real time inside the app itself — no manual refresh step. Azure AD provides SSO and row-level security so each user sees only their relevant data. The entire solution was designed, built, and tested in six weeks.
