The Challenge
The organisation operated across four disconnected HR tools — separate systems for leave requests, appraisals, onboarding documents, and internal announcements — with no single view of employee data and no audit trail.
Our Solution
Built a unified ASP.NET Core MVC portal backed by SQL Server with Entity Framework Core. Azure AD SSO provides single sign-on for all staff. Role-based access control separates HR admin, team lead, and employee views. REST APIs expose all HR data for future mobile app integration. Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines run automated tests and deploy to a Dockerised Azure App Service on every merge. Full audit logging on all record changes.
