A full-stack digital payments platform for utility bill payments (BBPS) and Aadhaar-based banking (AEPS) — delivered across a React Native mobile app, ReactJS web portal, and a secure admin dashboard.

The Challenge
The client needed to serve both mobile-first rural users and desktop-based agents through a single backend, with real-time transaction handling, fraud monitoring, and commission management — all without an existing technical team in place.
Our Solution
Built three distinct surfaces sharing a single Node.js / MongoDB backend: a React Native app for end users, a ReactJS web portal for agents, and a React admin dashboard with role-based access. Redis powers session management and transaction queuing. BBPS and AEPS APIs are integrated with retry logic and failure alerting. GitHub Actions runs automated tests and deploys to AWS EC2 on merge to main, with S3 serving static assets via CloudFront.
