A full UX audit and redesign of a B2B analytics SaaS product — paired with a Figma design system and a React + Tailwind component library that cut design-to-code handoff time by 40%.

The Challenge
Multiple teams shipping features independently had left the product with inconsistent UI, confusing navigation, and a high volume of support tickets from new users. No design system existed — every screen was designed from scratch.
Our Solution
Ran a UX audit combining session recordings and support ticket analysis to identify the highest-friction journeys. Conducted interviews with six power users and five new users. Redesigned core navigation and the three highest-traffic screens (dashboard, report builder, settings). Built a Figma component library with typography, colour tokens, form elements, data tables, and chart components — then implemented it as a Storybook-documented React + Tailwind library using Radix UI for accessible primitives. Chromatic runs automated visual regression tests on every PR to catch unintended UI changes.
Results
- Navigation-related support tickets dropped 48% within six weeks of launch
- New user time-to-first-report reduced from 11 minutes to under 4 minutes
