Project Overview
A modular practice management platform for Chartered Accountants and CPAs — covering CRM, task tracking, client database, and real-time analytics. Designed from the ground up to be adaptable for legal practices with minimal modification.

The Challenge
Manual, fragmented workflows across spreadsheets and email were making task and client management increasingly unscalable. The firm also needed a single platform that could be adapted for legal practices without rebuilding from scratch.
Our Solution
Built a React + TypeScript frontend backed by SharePoint as the data layer, with Microsoft Graph API enabling calendar and Outlook integration. Power Automate handles recurring task generation and deadline reminders. Power BI dashboards embedded directly in the app surface real-time operational KPIs. Azure AD B2C manages role-based access across staff tiers. The modular component architecture allows new practice types (e.g. legal case management) to be plugged in without restructuring core logic.
