The Challenge
The client required platform-native performance and deep device integration (health sensors, push notifications, offline workouts) — ruling out cross-platform frameworks. They also needed a repeatable release pipeline across both stores.
Our Solution
Developed separate Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) codebases, each following platform-specific design language (HIG and Material 3). Firebase Firestore syncs workout data in real time with offline persistence enabled. HealthKit (iOS) and Google Fit (Android) provide holistic health data integration. Fastlane automates builds, signing, and distribution to TestFlight and Google Play Internal Track — reducing release preparation from hours to minutes.
