Branch managers across five locations were running daily operations through WhatsApp groups and shared spreadsheets. Order errors, menu inconsistencies, and delayed payment reconciliation were compounding as the chain grew.
Our Solution
Canvas App gives branch managers a mobile-friendly interface for order management, live menu updates, and customer feedback review. Power Automate handles order routing, escalation alerts, and end-of-day reconciliation reports pushed to Microsoft Teams. SharePoint and Dataverse store all operational data with version history. Power BI dashboards give leadership cross-branch visibility on sales, feedback trends, and payment KPIs.
